Harper Handmade was established in 2015 by Kathy Harper, a self-taught potter with a long history of making things. Kathy believes in celebrating imperfection, designing functional small batch ceramic goods to bring art and joy to the everyday. Each piece of Harper Handmade pottery is handmade from start to finish in Kathy's petite backyard studio under the watchful eye of her spirited mini dachshund Jellybean. Kathy and 'Bean' live and work in Louisiana.
